What a great experience! We had just started our search for a new vehicle and stopped into Rizza, Tinley Park to compare prices. Carlos Gutierrez, our sales person outdid him We had just started our search for a new vehicle and stopped into Rizza, Tinley Park to compare prices. Carlos Gutierrez, our sales person outdid himself. He found us our perfect vehicle with the help of Chris Dargan and they made it happen. They met our price point and the finance guy, Burt Dutcher found us a great interest rate. We had a trade in, which was not with us, but we drove away with our new vehicle and Carlos came with and drove my trade in back to the dealer sight unseen! The process didn't take long at all. Dealing with this dealership has been the worst experience I've ever dealt with. Truth in lending means nothing to the staff at Rizza Cadillac. They have used intimidation tactics on top of being d experience I've ever dealt with. Truth in lending means nothing to the staff at Rizza Cadillac. They have used intimidation tactics on top of being dishonest and rude. At no point should an employee discuss one customer's personal finances to another potential customer. This dealership has continued to run my credit well after the original transaction failed and stated they would continue to do so and whatever impact it has on my credit so be it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

12/23/23 the worst I have ever been treated at a dealership test drove the ct4 sticker price was $42k they test drove my truck and sat down to review the deal and they raised the sticker price to $4 dealership test drove the ct4 sticker price was $42k they test drove my truck and sat down to review the deal and they raised the sticker price to $47k said it was in high demand and the car has been on the lot for months and offered me half of what my truck was worth never again will I I shop Rizza More

Horrible experience and no type of communication between the advisor and customer. Stereotyped me cause I’m not up to their standards I came in for service not to be looked at someway differently. A white man wad greeted respectfully and they also shook his hand with me I arrived and no one attended me. The advisor continued to make excuses I had an appointment for 9:20 and my truck wasn’t even looked at till 4pm at that time the advisor Jim Howard tried to makes excuses as for why my truck wasn’t still seen said he’d call me the next day around noon didn’t even communicate anything about keep my truck beside saying we might have to never called to say hey we couldn’t get to the truck today and will get to it tomorrow nothing. Next day comes still no call about anything 12 noon comes I’m calling still no answer it’s 2:30 now I live 40 minutes away I literally had to drive up there to get a answer and till had no answer my truck wasn’t even seen ? I said what do you’s do he said nothing words are exchanged I said give me back my keys then didn’t try to resolve the situation or accommodate me in a way shape or form didn’t make anything better just made it worse.
