I like the fact that the Rizza salespeople aren’t commissioned based on the sale and took a more consultative role. Salesperson Mark Hoover did a great job explaining the differences between the models I was looking at and helped me narrow my focus! I ultimately purchased the 2019 Denali based on end of year pricing and 0% financing. Joe in Finance also made the paperwork pretty simple. I’d highly recommend making your next GMC purchase at Rizza. More
