
Here we go, I have been in the industry going on 37 years. I absolutely enjoy working with people! My favorite hobby of course is spending time with my grandson Wesley who we share a birthday so he is a little spoiled by me. I am a very down to earth guy and enjoy things such as hunting, flea markets and farmers markets. I love being with my family. I certainly enjoy the interaction with my customers, which makes this business so enjoyable for me and have made many of friends thru this journey. Respect and honesty is vital to do well and not just tell the customer what they want to hear, ether its good or bad, they always need to hear the truth. I look forward to meeting new customers all the time and enjoy the rewards of the smiles of customers when they get a new car. I believe making such a big investment should be a memorable moment. DISGUSTING customer service. Buyers, look out for the wolf in sheep’s clothing at this dealership. I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra from this dealership. My main concern Buyers, look out for the wolf in sheep’s clothing at this dealership. I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra from this dealership. My main concern with the car was the transmission issues that have been common with this line of cars. The salesman assured me that this wasn’t the case with the 2017 model anymore as Nissan had fixed the issue they were having and this run of cars no longer had the same problems of the 2016. Two days after owning the car, I could feel something wrong with the transmission. I thought I was paranoid as the transmission of the previous car that I owned had given out while on the highway, so I kept driving it. A couple weeks later, I was still experiencing these issues. I even felt the car lose power going up a hill and so this spurred me to take the car in to get looked at. The Russ Darrow service garage found a transmission code but felt that it wasn’t a big deal and sent me on my way. I went to a Nissan dealer to get a second opinion and there they found a transmission code, as well, and recommended that I get the entire transmission replaced. Now of course, I was slightly over Russ Darrow’s 1000-mile warranty and so they offered me ABSOLUTELY NO HELP with my car and told me to look elsewhere. Three weeks of owning this car and I’ve lost thousands of dollars on something that was almost certainly a problem with the car when they sold it to me. Thank you for the headache. I will take my business elsewhere. More
