Honest ,Fast ,reliable, keeping their promise It was Thanks Giving day when my E 350 stopped running, The next day I called Mark in the service center, He said to give him the vin number to see if It was Thanks Giving day when my E 350 stopped running, The next day I called Mark in the service center, He said to give him the vin number to see if he had the parts that were suspect he called me right back to confirm that he did .He promised me that he would start on the car right away and have it back to me by the end of the day. He turned the car over to Alex who followed up on my repairs and I was out of there by 6pm that day. They did not give me a lot of bs and they kept their word on every step of the way. I have never seen such honesty and concern for customers problems in my life they are the worlds greatest dealer ship. Andrew Is The Man Andrew Wagner is the very personable and knowledgeable about his product and works very hard to make it a win-win situation for all concerned. He is not the typical pushy car salesmen put a true gentleman and scholar. I have purchased three Benz from him this year alone 2 new and 1 CPO and have not regretted the decision and enjoyed the interaction with him. I believe that the 2 new ones are a direct result of Andrew and his understanding of his clients and his humbleness.
