I bought a 2019 Toyota Truck on 3/25/26 that seemed to be
a nice truck, and it is.
But, on driving it 40 miles to go home i realized that no one explain or considerate prepare the truck after it was sold.

But, on driving it 40 miles to go home i realized that no one explain or considerate prepare the truck after it was sold. I am used to have someone show me how to run it and it had some issues that will follow:
1. clock not set
2 Key lock is low
3 floor mats bit put into truck
4 floor mats do not fit
5 Front floors not cleaned
6 2 manuals in truck but not in English
7 Phone connection not set up
8 controls on steering wheel not explained
: READ: next to PUSH button
10 another next to ECT Power
11 List of past maintenance
12 truck price a little higher then stated
Is it possible to bring the truck back so as
to take care of all the items.
Let me know what you and my plans are to
take care of the above and how and
when.

Had appt 830 tues called at 330 haven’t even got in be
Wed noon, called again at 330 and said have fuelmpump done not computer yet they got done about 430, got it home and peaked under trk and saw a bolt
Wed noon, called again at 330 and said have fuelmpump done not computer yet they got done about 430, got it home and peaked under trk and saw a bolt just started and not tighten to frame and the fuel fill hose clamp was never tightened too, I hope rest is good what I can’t see ,!!! And one line plastic bracket is broke where it attaches to frame, not very happy with work and when I bought the truck they put anew battery in and said they cleaned termanals and I piped the cap annd was all corroeded I had to take out battery and clean all the acid, and there internal detail was a joke when I went to pick up they didn’t do what the salesman said they wood do, ended up leaving it there and was better but I still spent a day at home detailing it and when I picked up after buying and got 2nd time theee was a small dent on rear door next to drivers door that wasn’t there before., and when I bought it they had paper work and was trying to sell it at full price , not what we agreed too, and back again was still not what we agreed too then they did the 3rd time, I don’t think I would have any my service done there with the quality of work , and this was my 3 rd veh we bought there over the years and I don’t think we will buy another there, we are

I had trouble with my battery not charging, and took it
in multiple times. They kept telling me nothing was wrong and sending me home. I told them the error message I was getting and they said they could

But as soon as I drove it off the lot I get the same message. They couldn't have driven the car at all or they would have seen the error message. I called the service department when I got home and left a message but they never called me back. Still haven't heard from them.
