I'd also like to thank Mark for dealing with me and my circumstances , which I understand was difficult! He should also be recognized and congratulated for leading such an excellent squad! Your staff are a reflection of your leader! And it shows from all that I encountered. And to Clarke, my actual sales representative, his outstanding attention in doing everything he could to get me into the vehicle was very appreciative. A seamless and pleasant experience! I completely forgot that I was in a car dealership. Very inviting environment. I simply wanted to mention that the dealership is genuinely a family environment. They appeared to be doing everything they could to help someone in need of a vehicle. And May I also add Miss Chevy in their finance dept. she was so cheerful and pleasant.
