The Eastern's Auto on Annapolis Road provided the best experience I could have asked for. They exhibited the 3 P's of customer service with a high level of quality and a smile: Professional, Polite, and P experience I could have asked for. They delivered on everything they said they would and the coffee was pretty good too. I highly recommend going to see them if you need a ride. As a first time buyer, I recommend them with no hesitation. The whole staff was great from Mike the manager to the young lady who detailed our new car a bit before we left. It also impressed me that the entire dealership was pretty accessible so if you need a place that is ADA equipped they have you covered. They just need the automatic door opener 😏 More
