Excellent experience with Jeremy Coles This is our second Honda to purchase from Honda of Bartlesville, a second CR-V. Our previous one was a 2005 which we have owned since December 2004. I This is our second Honda to purchase from Honda of Bartlesville, a second CR-V. Our previous one was a 2005 which we have owned since December 2004. If it had not been totaled in a recent accident, we would still be driving it. Absolutely sold on CR-V's. We immediately contacted this dealership via phone, since we live in Tulsa, asked if Adrian were still there(sold us our previous Honda. Jeremy was the one who talked to us first, stated he was trained by Adrian. We expressed what we wanted, the specific color and he went right to work. We met with him to show us all the features available, answered all our questions the first time we met him, very professional as well as a great knowledge base regarding the CRV. He even located one much sooner than was first anticipated, gave us an excellent deal. We never felt rushed especially the day we picked up the vehicle to take home. He spent a good deal of time in what I call a tutorial session. We have already recommended this dealership and Jeremy Coles to an individual that we met yesterday who really admired our new SUV. We have known Dave and Mark in service for many years. We're a Honda family and still have our 1987 Honda Lx-I that was purchased from Mark Roberts dealership in Enid and delivered to dealership in Bartlesville, then driven to Tulsa for us to become the owners. We changed to the service dept. in Bartlesville when we became disillusioned with one of the Honda service departments in Tulsa. That is how we first became acquainted with Honda of Bartlesville. New AWD CRV purchase I wanted to replace my existing SUV with a new one. I have purchased from Honda of Bartlesville in the past and was well pleased with the experience. I wanted to replace my existing SUV with a new one. I have purchased from Honda of Bartlesville in the past and was well pleased with the experience. However in the hunt for the best price I checked closer to home and while the prices were very close the other dealers add some extras (wheel locks, paint treatment)I didn't want. I emailed Beebe Stevenson for an out the door price on a new AWD CRV, received a price and that was it. I visited on a Saturday and due to Beebe being overbooked with another customer he turned me over to Jeremy Coles. I didn't have any issues with that. Jeremy was pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable on the product and features and answered my questions. He had my package on the CRV I had asked about and the price was exactly what I had been emailed. Since it was a busy day, I had to wait a bit to get through finance but that was also a breeze. Dominyk was also pleasant and professional to work with. There was no pressure for extra items (extended warranty, various packages for maintenance and paint sealant). He asked if I wanted any of the products they offered. I asked a few questions and he answered them to my satisfaction. I have excellent credit and was able to take advantage of the 0.9 financing (check your credit rating before you go in and save yourself any surprises before you go to a dealer). There is so much paperwork to go through but Dominyk got me through it. While the finance was being done Jeremy had the vehicle's fuel topped off and the vehicle washed again and prepared to give to us. Also, while I was waiting I went to the service department and asked Mark Koble if there were any outstanding TSB's on the vehicle sine it had been manufactured. He was very prompt in looking up the info and reported there was nothing outstanding for the vehicle. All in all this was a good experience and a very low pressure experience. All the people I dealt with were very professional and pleasant to deal with. More

New 2016 Civic I love my car but have had a few issues with it. The dealership had to fix the rear panel on the outside of the car but did not do it correctly the f I love my car but have had a few issues with it. The dealership had to fix the rear panel on the outside of the car but did not do it correctly the first time, but they did fix the issue after we returned the car the second time. The infotainment screen had issues and the dealership fixed it as well. There is something strange about the cruise control. It surges periodically giving it a choppy ride. The dealership was asked to look at it but said they could find anything wrong. If it continues, I will again ask them to look at the issue, this time I would like to ride with them as they drive it so I can bring their attention the issue. Overall the experience of buying the car was good. I wish I did not have to use the service department so quickly after buying the car, but they have been kind and helpful each time we are there, even giving us a loaner car while the repairs took longer than we expected. More

Service Department is why I do business at Bartlesville Hond The Service department is the reason I keep coming back to Bartlesville Honda. I've been using their service for my cars starting back in 2004 and hav The Service department is the reason I keep coming back to Bartlesville Honda. I've been using their service for my cars starting back in 2004 and have never had any problems with repairs, wait time, all repair was explained to me and they even shown items that would need to be taken care of in the future. When ever you drive into the service area Mark, David, or Mathew will come out to meet you and are happy to see you and treat you as a old friend. While your car is being serviced, they will keep you updated of status and if they find anything else that needs attention, they will advise you and explain cost to correct before doing anything. When I told Mark Koble that I was thinking about a new car, it was Mark that took his time to talk about the different models and shown them to me, and when it was time to purchase the car, Mark set me up with the sales manager. The reason I talked to Mark instead of the sales department was the trust I have in Mark, David, and Mathew on giving me advise that would service my needs. I stopped in the serviced department on 11/04/15 with a little problem and Mark worked my car into the service area to be checked out before I left on a trip and was only there around thirty minutes from start to finish and when my car was giving back to me it was washed and ready to go. More
