I was not in a hurry yet patient enough to find the right car. By way of the internet Brandon Honda had a car that I liked so I checked it's availability and was contacted by Christopher Weiss and that was the start of the great shopping experience. Christopher Weiss was patient, personable and understood what I was looking for. By extension and very much involved was Tim Jamil and Mark Landry who worked hard to give me the most for my trade. I'm convinced that all three went the extra mile to make my buying experience hassle free and I will continue to encourage my family and friends to shop at Brandon Honda for the best deal and sales team in town. What Makes An Excellent Car Buying Experience? Many people have their own opinions and expectations. Coming from the world of Insurance- my husband and I know excellent service in the competitive Many people have their own opinions and expectations. Coming from the world of Insurance- my husband and I know excellent service in the competitive world of sales when we see one. I started speaking with Chris Weiss last September of 2016 about purchasing either a Honda Pilot or Honda Odyssey. At that time we were not in the position to buy a vehicle but Chris' patience and professionalism stuck with me. When my husband and I decided we were finally ready to purchase a new vehicle I immediately remembered and thought of Chris Weiss and didn't want to work with anyone else. I made contact with him, he searched his inventory, we looked at several vehicles and he found us the right vehicle for the right price. He was very professional, kind, courteous, and worked hard to get us what we wanted at the price we needed it to be. He treated us like we were family or great friends and THAT is what makes a great salesmen. Chris worked tirelessly with his manager and Mike Harvey in finance to get us the right payment we were looking for. Mike Harvey was also wonderful. He worked hard to find us the best interest rate, helped us get refunds on our previous maintenance plan and GAP insurance. He did not push us to buy any additional warranties but showed how important they are, helped us with a great maintenance package and GAP. When I told Chris I wanted a DVD player and my husband wanted leather seats he asked Driss the accessories manager to come over and speak with us. HE IS WONDERFUL! Driss' smiling, high-spirited personality is infectious and you can't help but smile and be super happy yourself. I can truly tell he loves his job, loves giving customers what they want, and loves to brag about how great his products are and his team that installs it. I dropped my vehicle off Monday late evening, Chris gave me a loaner vehicle that had a full tank of gas, had a nice amount of room and was comfortable for my family of four. Tuesday Mark in service looked over the vehicle, addressed and repaired our concerns in a very timely manner (less than a day) and made sure the vehicle was in top shape before sending it to Driss and his team in accessories. I know installing the leather seats and DVD headrests are no joke and takes time. Wednesday-Thursday Driss and his team worked hard on installing my new leather seats and will be installing DVD headrests today (Friday)! I can't wait to pick up my Odyssey this evening! Brandon Honda I cannot tell you enough how great of a team you have there. Please take great care of them! Or we might try to recruit them! (just kidding) :) lol But seriously take care of them. Any special thing you can do they deserve it!!! More
