In person we had a great experience with all the staff, Mark is the best. I gave a low rating only because unfortunately the used car I got was given to me with a battery that was in the last 1/4 of it's l Mark is the best. I gave a low rating only because unfortunately the used car I got was given to me with a battery that was in the last 1/4 of it's life. It died on me 3 weeks after I got the car and when I took it to get checked, they told me it was close to the end of it's life so I needed to purchase a new battery within a month of having the car. I think all the staff and customer experience is fabulous, but I do think the car shouldn't have been sold with the battery in that condition. More
