We met with Mark Lidano our salesperson in early May 2021. He kindly found a Subaru cross trek on the lot with all the options we wanted and we drove it for a test drive and we loved it! We put money down and Mark ordered the car in our color. We needed the new car to get the new car by late August. Mark stated that the delivery would take place in 2-2 1/2 months. The car was delivered and we picked it up 8/13/21. Perfect for our timeline. Thanks Mark!! More

Cityside Subaru is the most professional, no hassle car dealership I’ve ever been in. Their sales team doesn’t play games like most other dealerships. My salesperson was Mark Lidano and I would recommend him to anyone. My wife and I came in on a day where they were understaffed. It was close to closing, he was juggling several clients at once, and he was clearly exhausted. He still sat with us, answered all our questions, and handled the negotiation with the care and consideration that every car buyer deserves. While we were waiting, the sales manager, Glenn, regularly checked in to make sure we had the attention we needed. All around every staff member we dealt with was amazing and put in the extra effort to give us flawless service. If you want a Subaru, buy with Cityside. It’s a no brainer. More

For context, I'm a mid 20's female looking to buy my first car. I am going through this process alone and this is the first big purchase I'll have made so far. I was interested in test-driving a subaru first car. I am going through this process alone and this is the first big purchase I'll have made so far. I was interested in test-driving a subaru crosstrek. They did not have a baseline model so I drove a new premium-plus model and was shown a used premium model. The premium used car was decent, 30k miles, only one owner and no accidents reported, but each corner of the car was visibly banged up. I was not excited about this car but was willing to hear a best offer, knowing also that this was a premium model and it would be more expensive than the model I was looking for anyways. Mark Lidano gave me a quote way above what I stated was my limit and what I'd be willing to pay for this car and said "let me just try this." I said fine, try, but did not express any satisfaction towards that deal nor indicate that that was what I was actually offering for the car. When he came back he started explaining next steps and I had to say stop, I am not happy with this deal, I am not willing to go forward with this, at which point he stopped and stated that this had been a formal offer and that "in the adult world, this would not be acceptable." To which I said, "I am so sorry for having wasted your time," and stood up and left. I absolutely do not appreciate the condescension and implication that because I am young I should be treated with less respect. I never consented to any deal and had every right to ask for the best offer to see if it changed my mind about a car that I was not excited about. In buying a new car I believe looking for the right deal for my budget is actually exactly the adult thing to do and this dealership was unable to offer me such a deal. I left this dealership with only negative things to say about it. More
