Living in New England and during our recent storms, I knew my car wasn't right for me. One of the salesmen drove the car to me and helped me with the paperwork and registration and then took my trade in back with him. This is what Customer Service is all about. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and friendly. Everyone learned and remembered our names and we were always offered coffee, tea or water at every visit. We looked around for Subaru's in multiple states before finding Mark and Cityside Subaru. All our other experiences were stressful, unpleasant and futile, but Mark and Cityside made buying a car an absolut finding Mark and Cityside Subaru. They were even patient for a month while we waited for our old car to get fixed up for trade-in, and worked with us to get us a great trade-in price on a not-so-great car. I would go buy another car tomorrow just to hang around with those guys! More
