I had researched the car on the Consumer Reports site and had an idea of the costs and options available...it is easier for everyone if a bit of research has been done. The color that I had seen was not available on the lot; Mark was going to get one from another dealer. I ended up liking what he had even better (nothing like seeing it in person out in the daylight!). We agreed on a price with the desired options; hitch, sunroof, floor mats, camera,compass. All of this was quick and very simple...no stress. The options took a few days to install which was fine as I was out of town and the car was ready for my return. I donated my old Outback (215,000 miles) and they made that process easy...it was OK to leave it on the lot to be picked up later. More

The salesman, Mark Lidano, could not have been more professional or accommodating. He was knowledgeable about the product and the financing, and most importantly he listened carefully to my reasons for wanting a certain type car with certain features and refrained from trying to sell me things I did not want. As a result of his affable, experienced manner, I became the owner of a 2015 Forester the next day. Adding to the pleasant experience I had at CitySide was business manager John Melvin. He explained the financing clearly and concisely in a professional manner much like that of Mark Lidano. My entire buying experience could not have gone better. More
