I test drove it against the 2015 Outback, the Honda CRV, and a Nissan Rogue, returning several times for test drives with and without my spouse. Mark was patient, easy to talk to, and helpful in answering questions and considering all sorts of options, which made the process of buying a car much more pleasant than expected. As a nice bonus, he had a sense of humor, too. The larger team at Cityside seems personable, friendly, and fairly low-key in terms of pressure, which we also appreciated. There's not a lot of give on price for Subarus in our area, but we wound up feeling good about the price we we paid and what we got for it. More

I absolutely love my car and it was nice that Mark texted the following week to see how the car was as well as sending a thank you card. I called the dealership once regarding a question I had about the car and they were so nice and helpful. Will definitely go back there...maybe to purchase a new car since my husband loves mine!!!
