Mark was very courteous and explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. The shuttle drivers brought me back and forth from my apartment without issue while you worked on my vehicle, clearly and answered all my questions. Mark was able to help me - finally when no one else was able to help me complete my recall repair. I had been to this dealership at least 3 times for the same issue - and each time, even after having an ap able to help me complete my recall repair. I had been to this dealership at least 3 times for the same issue - and each time, even after having an appointment - the part was not at the shop. No one called to cancel my appt, no one said they didn't have the part.. but then Mark was able to get this resolved for me - huge thank you. More

I made an appt for 10am for 5000 mile service. This was NOT a complicated service and it took over 4hrs. Why bother with an appointment time? Way too long!!! This was NOT a complicated service and it took over 4hrs. Why bother with an appointment time? Way too long!!! More

Overall pretty good. Service has been OK but not exemplary. For example, I'm having a failure in the paint of my new truck.
