I bought my used car from Toyota about 3 1/2 months ago. I had a 6000 mile warranty. I bought a 60000 mile warranty. The battery didn't last 6000 miles and apparently wasn't covered. Not happy. I was disappointed with the overall level of customer service from the AM staff, particularly Mark. While I made a conscious effort to remain polite and maintain a positive attitude throughout my interac service from the AM staff, particularly Mark. While I made a conscious effort to remain polite and maintain a positive attitude throughout my interactions, the basic expectations of professionalism—such as a greeting, correct name usage, and acknowledgment—were not met. After being asked to wait outside for my vehicle during pick-up, I stood there for nearly 15 minutes before another service mechanic informed me that my car had never been requested and assisted me himself. Additionally, the receptionist handling the rental car process was unwelcoming, which made the experience feel dismissive and off-putting; based on this visit, I’m reluctant in returning to this service department. More

Left my car overnight as it was going to be late in the day when ready. Called the next morning to make sure it was done. Left a message. After two hours I called back and the service gal said she would as day when ready. Called the next morning to make sure it was done. Left a message. After two hours I called back and the service gal said she would ask my service rep to call me. She couldn’t tell if the car was done or not. I called back again 4 hours later and left another message to make sure my cat was ready. After 2 more hours and no call back I called for the shuttle and went to the dealership. My car was ready and I mentioned how many times I had called and left messages. No apologies. I will not be using your service in the future. More

I live in Reno, NV, & choose to bring my Sienna to SC Toyota bc of the caring & professional staff. I am impressed w/SC Toyota & not w/the 2 dealerships where I live. Mark Maciel is the best & he has t Toyota bc of the caring & professional staff. I am impressed w/SC Toyota & not w/the 2 dealerships where I live. Mark Maciel is the best & he has taken care of me twice now. However, all staff have been great. My Sis & I both brought our Siennas in last Sunday. Bob was our driver. He is kind, funny, & a safe driver. Thank you to all. More
