After being asked to wait outside for my vehicle during pick-up, I stood there for nearly 15 minutes before another service mechanic informed me that my car had never been requested and assisted me himself. Additionally, the receptionist handling the rental car process was unwelcoming, which made the experience feel dismissive and off-putting; based on this visit, I’m reluctant in returning to this service department. Left my car overnight as it was going to be late in the day when ready. Called the next morning to make sure it was done. Left a message. After two hours I called back and the service gal said she would as day when ready. Called the next morning to make sure it was done. Left a message. After two hours I called back and the service gal said she would ask my service rep to call me. She couldn’t tell if the car was done or not. I called back again 4 hours later and left another message to make sure my cat was ready. After 2 more hours and no call back I called for the shuttle and went to the dealership. My car was ready and I mentioned how many times I had called and left messages. No apologies. I will not be using your service in the future. More
