Mostly it's OK but I hate the experience of picking up my car after service. I stand there waiting for the assigned technician to finish helping someone else or just show up. Management did great job handling any concern that I had. They spent a lot of time with me until I felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands bringing my vehicles to them for service. I will con They spent a lot of time with me until I felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands bringing my vehicles to them for service. I will continue to be a customer. I did not leave a review after my last service visit, but want to mention that I had a great experience working with Hunter. He gave me solid advice on my 1998 Tacoma that needed a long list of work, some of which was pretty unusual compared to typical service. This was no problem and I felt confident I came to right place. More
