Mark Mauricio sold me my car 3 years ago and we went back to him for our second Escalade. We worked everything over the phone and email so when I was ready to get the car, I only spent less than 2 hours to do the paperwork!! and it was also because I was waiting for the car to add my rims and entertainment system, but if it wasn't for that, I could had been there for less than an hour!! White glove treatment as it should be and with all the bells and whistles with great discounts! I definitely recommend Mark. going back as soon as my lease is over. More

My experience is a bit different than most, I saw a great deal on a new XTS from this dealer almost 1200 miles away from my home in the Chicago suburb My experience is a bit different than most, I saw a great deal on a new XTS from this dealer almost 1200 miles away from my home in the Chicago suburbs via AutoTrader.com. I worked everything on this deal including financing and delivery through Mark Mauricio through e-mail, FedEx and text messaging and they maintained communication including during a 10 day period when I had a scheduled trip to Asia. Mark is sales was very helpful and I got a great deal on this awesome new XTS and saved thousands versus the local dealers in my area. Mike in finance also was very helpful and while I am unlikely to use any of the local services, but they were very good on pre-sale service and have made sure I was absolutely satisfied post-delivery. I would work with them again in a heatbeat, and would especially do this if I were local to the Houston area. Very professional organization, and their e-commerce department was completely responsible for my sourcing this car from them. Without this, I may not have even bought the car at all, because I really was not doing much more than browsing used cars when I found this particular car and bought new because of the excellent deal on this magnificent car!
