⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a big thank you to everyone at Big Star Cadillac for once again taking care of me on the purchase of my new Cadillac. This is around my 5th vehicle I’ve purchased from them over at Big Star Cadillac for once again taking care of me on the purchase of my new Cadillac. This is around my 5th vehicle I’ve purchased from them over the years, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. They always work hard to put together a great deal and make the entire process as smooth as possible. A special thank you to General Manager Mr. Mike, Sales Manager Mr. Iriam, and Ms. Lisa in Sales for the outstanding customer service. I really appreciate the time, effort, and personal attention they gave me throughout the entire process. Buying a new vehicle can sometimes be a headache, but they made everything easy from start to finish and made sure I was taken care of. Was Not very impressed with this Dealership The dealers I bought my car from tried to take advantage of me By up charging me and penalizing me for not using their finance department I had to go up ther I bought my car from tried to take advantage of me By up charging me and penalizing me for not using their finance department I had to go up there three times to finish & finalize paperwork! Had my car in the service department twice problems were never addressed or resolved! The dealership needs serious help even the service department seem put out And wanted to complain to me about the dealership! Maybe it needs new leadership or management in service department! WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE IS NO HELP TO BE FOUND THERE!!! More
