Dream come true It was my birthday 2 weeks ago. I went to a dealership that made me feel unhappy, discriminated and not valued. The vehicle I wanted was the only one It was my birthday 2 weeks ago. I went to a dealership that made me feel unhappy, discriminated and not valued. The vehicle I wanted was the only one to my knowledge in the city being sold. Because of my interest in the vehicle I set aside how I felt for the car. After a week of going back and forth and the dealership giving me a hard time I went to CBB where I have previously purchased my Mercedes and to my amazement they have just got the car in the same week of my birthday. I called Jeff and told him I'm on my way. When I arrived there was greeted, and treated with A+ customer service, I shared my experience at the other dealership and they were so sympathetic. Jeff walked me to my new car and it was even better than the 2020 version I wanted. It was fully loaded not to mention the L series. I have never felt so happy to have my needs met with ease.
