Once there, I met a sales associate named Que who was fantastic and very accommodating. He took me on a tour of this very impressive dealership! Full service center, upstairs and downstairs air conditioned showroom, car photo booth and nice clean offices! I ended up purchasing a P90DL Tesla from Que at CBB and could not be happier! Que and Ricky were very detailed in explaining a few red flags I had that the P90d had on the car history report. Once they explained the issue that had been professionally repaired and fixed by Tesla and only pertained to window air noise I pulled the trigger! Thank you team CBB! Jeff More

5-Star Customer Service from FRONT to BACK of house I cannot say enough good things about this Dealership & it’s Management Team!! I have now been working with them for about 4 years & have had two majo I cannot say enough good things about this Dealership & it’s Management Team!! I have now been working with them for about 4 years & have had two major issues with the Extended Warranty Company that was not their problem to handle yet they went ABOVE & BEYOND to take care of me. Tyson is one of the best Managers I’ve ever worked with & was very efficient in finding solutions. Michael was my service advisor and point of contact through that entire nightmare & I cannot say enough good things about how me communicated every detail clearly even if it was bad news. Ultimately everything worked out & the Mechanic Supervisor Steve did some specialty work on my vehicle that required him to special order a part from Germany to read the electrical connections. These guys provided me transportation with Loaner Cars during this ENTIRE 2-3 month ordeal & ultimately showed me the type of respect that keeps me loyal with a brand so I will definitely be buying any of my Arizona vehicles from CERTIFIED BENZ & BEEMER!! More

Benz&Beemer Review My experience is mixed. I had a wonderful sales rep, Jesus. He was attentive and made the buying experience comfortable. However, my car needed furthe My experience is mixed. I had a wonderful sales rep, Jesus. He was attentive and made the buying experience comfortable. However, my car needed further detailing and gas before I left. I got half a tank of gas and the detailing was minimal. I still have a black marker stain on my headlight that I asked to be removed and was not. That is not my main concern. As I left, I noticed that the car pulled to the right. I called Jesus and service could not get me in for 10 days! After pursuing the issue further with Mike Miller in management, I was able to bring the car in a couple of days sooner. They kept my car and provided a loaner vehicle which I used for a couple of days. The service department was able to resolve the issue (tires needed rebalancing). Ultimately, I believe this issue should have been addressed before the car was ready for sale, but they were in the end able to rectify it. More

Calm, generous with his time, and I trusted him to assist me in making the right decision. In fact, I thought I wanted something specific and then ended up with his recommendation. There was no pressure, no hidden fees, and they beat my credit union rate for finance. Travis in finance, Mark in management - I echo the same sentiments. The dealership also had a great selection of inventory. They only pick the best of the best. Fantastic. I will be recommending my friends in the future. Thank you all! More
