Zero pressure I've had some really excellent car buying experiences but this one might just be the best. In short, I never felt an ounce of pressure to buy the car I've had some really excellent car buying experiences but this one might just be the best. In short, I never felt an ounce of pressure to buy the car but, rather, pressure the sales team put on themselves to make sure I was getting everything I needed. Everyone was overwhelmingly accommodating and all of the stuff I read online about CBB being "no hassle" or "the way buying a car should be" turned out to be spot on. The car was priced very competitively to start so negotiation wasn't much on my radar anyway. Pretty much the entire transaction was spent with me asking questions about the vehicle and the salesman providing answers or solutions. Nobody, not even once, dropped a gross sales pitch. I'll absolutely look to CBB for future purchases. Companies like Carvana may do well in the future by automating the car buying process but they're removing one of the best aspects of the entire experience I had at CBB. The people. More

Great experience buying a car at Certified Benz and Beemer I had a great experience at CBB over the weekend. I had my eye on a certain car on their website and went in on Saturday to take a look. Unfortunatel I had a great experience at CBB over the weekend. I had my eye on a certain car on their website and went in on Saturday to take a look. Unfortunately (or so i thought), as I arrived, someone was literally just purchasing the car! I was bummed out for about 30 seconds. Luckily for me, Barry told me about another similar one they had in stock and we went upstairs to take a look at it. I had seen it on their website so I was somewhat familiar already, and Barry answered all questions I had. There was ZERO pressure from Barry at all the entire time — he was absolutely awesome. At zero-point did I feel that 'salesman vibe' you get at other dealers. It was super obvious that Barry didn't want to pressure me, but rather educate me on the car. I decided to check out financing options and Paul Marschall was awesome. Paul did his due diligence, worked with me, and was able to get me the best rate possible. I appreciate him taking the time to do his homework and talk to multiple lenders. Paul got me approved and I decided to sleep on the decision. I came back the next day, drove the car, and fell in love with it. I decided to pull the trigger and purchase the vehicle and Barry and Paul took care of me. I appreciate Barry going out of his way to help me with some small details regarding the car, and truly making sure I was satisfied with everything before I left. I also spent some time talking with Danny Quintana, David James, and Mark Miller — and all three of those dudes are awesome as well. I appreciate them all taking the time to help me out. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Vehicle was priced great and no pressure from sales. I was able to leave and think over the offer. After deciding I returned to a readied vehicle and was out in 30 minutes. Cant say enough. Thanks to Robert, Nissan and mark we made it back in time for our 3 daughters homecoming in style!!!!! More
