Excellent Customer Service! My truck was in for GM recall work. It was promised by 2:00 p.m. and was ready at 11:00 a.m. I picked it up and left the dealership. Later in the day My truck was in for GM recall work. It was promised by 2:00 p.m. and was ready at 11:00 a.m. I picked it up and left the dealership. Later in the day I noticed the lane warning function was no longer operable after the software update. I stopped back to the dealership after 5:00 p.m. and Mark found a technician that was about to leave for the day. The tech (I believe it was Justin) agreed to stay and take a look after a new update was issued on the software. After about 30 minutes the issue was resolved. I appreciated Mark's efforts and Justin's dedication in staying late to resolve this issue. That is great customer service! More

Paul Took great care of us and explained everything nicely. He let me take the car for the day while the service department looked at my 2015 Regal, which was having problems. The service department explained my options on my car, which had 170,000 miles on it and we discussed whether it was worth investing in repairs. I felt very comfortable with this process. More
