My previous vehicle was purchased at Jim Browne. I had service done on my previous vehicle and was impressed with the customer service. With Ferman being local, I needed to trade in my vehicle to get a lo service done on my previous vehicle and was impressed with the customer service. With Ferman being local, I needed to trade in my vehicle to get a lower payment. My first and only choice was Ferman. I saw the Dodge Journey online and in my favorite color. I admittedly started a chat to see up an appointment. My Salesperson was Tony. He had already knew what vehicle I was interested in and did not try to persuade me into something else. He was knowledgeable and understood the circumstance on why I was doing a trade in. We developed a relationship. His customer service skills was on point. On the test drive, we talked a little about the vehicle and talked about life. I will recommend him to friends who are looking for a vehicle. Thank you Tony for being my Salesperson. More
