The mechanic not only unset our presets for the drivers seat, the seat is raised to the highest position and I cannot figure out how to get it back to the lower position. . I have mobility issues and it wa seat, the seat is raised to the highest position and I cannot figure out how to get it back to the lower position. . I have mobility issues and it was very difficult for me to get in and out of my car today. So I ask WHY was the seat moved anyway except front to back for longer legs than mine??? Even the mirror positions were messed up! More

I passed other dealerships to bring my Volvo to Crest. This is the first Volvo I've owned. I called another dealership closer to me but the call was not a good experience. However, with Crest Volvo, they answered all my questions and followed through on all they said, and nothing more. I look forward to working with Crest in the future. More

I sent a review 2X & got no response. Was told service would take 4-5 hours. Left car at 11 AM on Friday to pick up the next morning. Got there at 10 on Saturday and 0 had been done. Requ Was told service would take 4-5 hours. Left car at 11 AM on Friday to pick up the next morning. Got there at 10 on Saturday and 0 had been done. Requested service was inspection, tire rotation & sealant reapplication. When I got there on Saturday I was told nothing had been done. Lyn had turned service of my car over to Mark. Mark tried to be helpful, but there was not time for sealant & they wouldn't get to it until Monday. They finally did rotate tires & state inspection and I left at 1. Never offered me a loaner. Now I have to find time to get my car back there get it back same day. Flyer about sealant said it took 3-4 hours. Was told they were busy. Not MY problem. Very disappointing. More
