Fast and Painless Car Buying Experience I shopped the new Ram inventory on-line at the Lake Norman Dealership and found one I was interested in. I used the USAA True Car buying program and I shopped the new Ram inventory on-line at the Lake Norman Dealership and found one I was interested in. I used the USAA True Car buying program and was directed to Mark Mosayebi. We communicated via email and he very clearly outlined all the current manufacturer incentives and discounts so I scheduled a test drive for the same day. I found Mark to be very knowledgeable of the product and it was a real pleasure to get to know him and I would highly recommend him to all my friends. More

From the first contact on line, through the selection process, the finance officer, and the detailed orientation to our new Jeep, this was a most pleasant experience. Mark Mosayebi was so knowledgeable and did not stop until he had matched us with the perfect vehicle for us. Even when it was getting late Mark did not hesitate to help us become familiar with the Jeep making sure we had no questions before we left. Great experience, great vehicle, great people. More
