Knew how to get what I wanted in a timely manner I had been lied to by another dealer and was so frustrated when I went in to LNCJD. I didn't want to spend hours there as I had spent 6 hours the day I had been lied to by another dealer and was so frustrated when I went in to LNCJD. I didn't want to spend hours there as I had spent 6 hours the day before at the dealership that was lying to me. I got there met with Mark, found the car I wanted got the numbers right and everything set up for customization and was out of there in 1 1/2 hours. They are absolutely amazing and this is my 6th vehicle from them. Why I tried to go anywhere else was just plain stupid and that will never happen again. Mark makes you feel like family as well as all the other staff. So go to LNCJD for your next vehicle I know I ALWAYS will from now on! More

Our first interaction with Mark was an absolute fantastic one. My fiancé and I walked in to get a Jeep and naturally she knew EXACTLY what she wanted. Mark took us around to make sure 'we' saw the perfect Jeep for us. Once we saw it and we sat in it, we were sold. He made the entire experience easy and simple to follow along with. No gimmicks with this guy; all real personality and salesmanship. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision outside of my means. As for Sean, we loved his personality. His sense of humor along with his finance expertise made the legal portion of the purchase super easy to understand. Very efficient signing process and we were out the door with our new Jeep in no time. Definitely recommend these two and the entire Lake Norman dealership as I am sure everyone here works to the standard these two gentlemen represent. 10/10 and will definitely be back for the cookies! More

Great people, easy buying experience Leasing my new Ram 1500 Rebel was easy from the start of the process. I did my research thru the internet and found my way to Mark Mosayebi. From the Leasing my new Ram 1500 Rebel was easy from the start of the process. I did my research thru the internet and found my way to Mark Mosayebi. From the word go he was fast to respond and happy to answer my questions via email. Once I was ready to come in for a test drive, he made sure he was available along with a truck with all the options I was looking for. He walked me thru the info on the truck and the proposed deal, then took a step back to let me enjoy the test drive and review the deal. There was never any push, even though I left without a commitment, no games to get me to change my mind. He understood I wanted to think things over and just made sure I had his contact info when I was ready with a decision. After I let him know I wanted to move forward, everything was done on-line, making it very fast. The day I came in to pick up the truck it was perfectly detailed and waiting out front for me. I worked with Sean Anderson on the lease paperwork, he told me it would be done before my coffee was cold, and he was right. I have had credit card applications take longer! Amazing. I am very much enjoying my new Rebel, and look forward to being a Lake Norman CJDR customer again. More

By FAR the BEST car buying experience EVER!! My husband and I came to your dealership yesterday and purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Mark Mosayebi. I initially spoke with Mark yesterday morn My husband and I came to your dealership yesterday and purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Mark Mosayebi. I initially spoke with Mark yesterday morning around 10 AM and explained our needs and budget. Within a few minutes we had a great deal provided and were able to very easily make the transaction happen last evening! I am not sure if I can adequately describe how pleasant the entire experience was. From the moment we arrived at the dealership we were met with warm and friendly reception. This alone is such a unique characteristic to car buying. We were treated very respectfully by Mark, and never felt pushed or skeptical of the intentions of anyone at the dealership. We enjoyed going back to the finance office with Tony, as well. Tony has a very easy going personality and explained the paperwork and details with great care. Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge made such a wonderful impression on us! You have definitely earned our trust and business, and I will be sure to tell anyone in the market for a vehicle to give your dealership their consideration first - why waste time anywhere else? Excellent customer service delivers repeat customers! After deciding it was time to trade in my 2012 Jeep Patriot that Mark Mosayebi sold me in 2011 and wanting to upgrade to a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I cont After deciding it was time to trade in my 2012 Jeep Patriot that Mark Mosayebi sold me in 2011 and wanting to upgrade to a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I contacted Mark by e-mail. I had my eye set on a specific 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and after a few e-mail exchanges over the course of a day and a half we came to great terms on the exact vehicle I wanted. I filled out my credit app in the afternoon Mark asked when I wanted to come in, I told him I would be there by 4:30. When I arrived the vehicle was ready to be delivered. We took it for a quick test drive, he explained all the bells and whistles of the new car and even paired my cell phone for me with UConnect. He then handed me over to Sean in finance. Sean had all my paperwork ready for me when I arrived and all I had to do was sign it all. Mark even removed my personal items from my old 2012 Jeep Patriot I was trading in and loaded them into my new ride while I was meeting with Sean in Finance. I was in and out and driving home in my beautiful new Grand Cherokee in 1 hour flat. I cannot say enough about the awesome sales and finance team at Lake Norman Jeep dealership. Jodi More
