Mark arranged for the dealership tow truck to come over, where the tech was able to get the car started ( in lieu of towing it) and allowed me to drive it to the service department. They immediately took my vehicle in and, within 45 minutes, had the problem resolved, and I was on my way. Mark was outstanding in helping me with this issue. The dealership is fortunate to have him on the staff. If you have an Acura, Arlington Acura is where you want to go for service.

This filthy money grab is beyond disgusting. A $95 oil change is excessive enough, but surcharging this and real repair work is outrageous. This is predatory extortionism and borderline criminal. After 23+ years of die hard loyalty to the sales and service departments of Arlington Acura, they have forced me to explore alternative service and sales options over managements pure greed.

The fact that Arlington Acura's only response to a 23+ year loyal customer's concern is a standardized & canned 'reply to all' quip only reinforces that they have zero interest in providing honest and sincere support to customers. Over the past 23 years they've contacted me religiously via USPS, email and phone. Suddenly when their hideous business practice of customer gouging is called out they need my contact information? Arm&aleg Acura management only cares about stealing from your wallet. Bob Rohrman is spinning in his grave as his legacy is being desecrated.
