Arlington Acura's service team is the best I've had in my life and I'm 75, and been driving since 16. They are informative, courteous, and they know all the little details of operating an Acura. I've been having my Acuras serviced here for over 20 years without any doubt in their integrity. There has never been a doubt that their service recommendation was for real and not an "upsell". Someone is doing a great job hiring the right people and someone is doing a great job training. My feeling is every business has a personality, and that personality is a result of upper management/owner's example. And BTW, the repairs are down as promised ad on time. Do yourself a favor - this is the place to have you car serviced. More
