Customer for over a Decade! AAIP Service Department is bar none, the department all are judged against. I have been a customer for over a decade now and yet each and every time AAIP Service Department is bar none, the department all are judged against. I have been a customer for over a decade now and yet each and every time I need to have my vehicles serviced, the entire staff makes me feel welcomed and. more importantly, honored they are receiving my business. Knowledge, integrity, and honesty are key to a successful business, and the Rhorman Group has this ten fold in the staff of their Service Department at AAIP. The Service Department was a deciding factor in why I purchased my ACURA form AAIP. You cant go wrong servicing your vehicle at AAIP, but you may somewhere else! More

I called and left message in service dept, no call back, emailed Omar about a technical problem, no reply, I called again and spoke to mark?, told him of my problem, he said he would have to research it and emailed Omar about a technical problem, no reply, I called again and spoke to mark?, told him of my problem, he said he would have to research it and call me back. I have not heard from service in over a week, maybe two. Unimpressive work, wouldn't you say! More

Great service! They picked up my car from my home and serviced it ahead of schedule. Everything was communicated through text which was very helpful for me. The car was brought back within an hour all fi serviced it ahead of schedule. Everything was communicated through text which was very helpful for me.
