Fluid Change Mark the Service Rep was the best interaction I ever had when getting my car serviced. He remembered our phone conversation, made sure my questions were answered, brought me to the waiting area, touched base mid way through. A great employee. I'd hire him in a minute at my company! Funny, I walked around the show room for 40 minutes and had a few questions on cars, but despite sales personnel standing around with nothing to do, was Never asked if I had any questions. This is why Costco gets my car business More

Replaced battery after only 2 years My battery was replaced 2 years ago and covered under warranty. That battery must not have been a good battery as I needed a new battery 2 years late My battery was replaced 2 years ago and covered under warranty. That battery must not have been a good battery as I needed a new battery 2 years later. Now I have a warranty on this new battery. fingers crossed that this new battery is better than the last one. Service is always excellent! More

Top Notch Dealership Where do I start. I’ve been doing business with Arlington Acura for almost 14 years. One thing that stands out is seeing some of the same faces that w Where do I start. I’ve been doing business with Arlington Acura for almost 14 years. One thing that stands out is seeing some of the same faces that were there the first day I walked thru the door in 2005. I’ve purchased two vehicles, both of which have been maintained by the the service department. While purchasing a vehicle should be the highlight of the experience, I judge my experience over the years by the exceptional service staff. I can’t say enough about the passion they have to satisfy the customer, from the manager to the porters. Keep up the good work everyone and a special THANKS to Mark Neitzke! More

What more could you want.. The Service Department at Arlington Acura in a word is AMAZING!!! I have worked with the Staff for years. During this time they have never been anything but honest and maintained thei integrity of my vehicle by standing by their product. It is known that service costs more at an auto dealer, but my vehicle, thanks to the staff at Arlington Acura, is the perfect example of why you should. It operates just as it did when I put my first mile on her. You are in good hands with the staff of Arlington Acura Service Department, your needs are their needs and that is a great feeling to have!
