Amazing New Forrester Touring at great price, but My purchase was by no means easy as it took several months across several sales representatives due to COVID-19. Mark Perkins, my main sales represent My purchase was by no means easy as it took several months across several sales representatives due to COVID-19. Mark Perkins, my main sales representative did a great job and I commend his efforts to get me the car I wanted at an affordable price. Unfortunately, because this was across several people and throughout several months the accessories I wanted added to the vehicle were somehow never communicated to Mark (when they were put on they were missing bolts). Later I purchased extra insurances which added some protective layers to the vehicle. The finance department which sold me the service did not communicate this to Mark so he could get it put on prior to my arrival which resulted in me having to drive an additional 100 miles to come back and get it put on as I trusted all services to the vehicle were completed. Additionally, Gigi did a fantastic job at ensuring I knew absolutely everything there was to know about this vehicle as it is a touring and has so many feature, thanks Gigi! To summarize I am infatuated with the car and the price for which I got it along with Mark's efforts to ensure I got everything I wanted, however I am disappointed in the lack of communication between representatives to assist in the success of their peers/subordinates. More

The best buying experience ever I Purchased a 2016 crosstek from Ciocca in 2016 everything went well except financing. They hounded me for the extend warranty literally to death. It was like watering boarding me I finally said yes to get out of there. 3 years later I still felt I should have never sign up for it loved the car. Fast forward to Nov 2019: Sales Department I stopped down to look at the 2019 crosstek and ended up buying it there. I really was going there for a price check I had another dealer in mind and had a appointment setup. I have to say I am glad I went there, Mark the sales guy was so personable I didn't get the feeling he only was interested in making the sale absolutely no pressure what so ever. When he made me an offer I couldn't refuse I took it. I told him about my past experience and he was sympathetic he must of said something to the finance guy Jason (I hope I have every ones name correct). Financing Department I went back to sign all the paperwork and I told Jason about the past experience as well. That went so smooth also. I told him to talk about the extended warranty I would give him that, I had no intention of buying it and I was only going to say no once. I ended up signing up for the extended warranty. The way he presented it and he really gave me a good deal on it the 6 additional free oil changes covers 1/2 the cost almost. I was going to sign up for AAA there about $100 a year so there is another 500$ which I theoretically use towards the extended warranty and have roadside assistance 7 years or 90k miles. Bottom line I won't hesitate going back or recommending them I honestly felt that I got a good deal and they made money it was a win win. The manager I believe Bill was his name (sorry) came over and talked to me to make sure I was happy and my experience was good yes to both. GiGi came over to setup a followup appointment to go over the features which I am bring my wife. Love my new Crosstek and the payment is less then my 2016 go figure !!! More
