From the first time I spoke on the phone with him he was professional and respectful. After meeting him I knew he was the type of person I could trust to buy a car from. He was very genuine and I could tell he was not going to try and sell me every car in sight just so he could make a sale. On top of everything, he drove with me 45 minutes away from the dealership (on his off day) so that a family member of mine could sign the papers because they were incapable of coming to the dealership. Upon our return from the test drive, we negotiated for less than 15 minutes before arriving at an amicable deal. We drove away in our new car 90 minutes after our arrival. Wham, Bam - Deal, Done.
