From the first time I spoke on the phone with him he was professional and respectful. After meeting him I knew he was the type of person I could trust to buy a car from. He was very genuine and I could tell he was not going to try and sell me every car in sight just so he could make a sale. On top of everything, he drove with me 45 minutes away from the dealership (on his off day) so that a family member of mine could sign the papers because they were incapable of coming to the dealership.
