To all potential and current Infiniti customers, I'd like to introduce myself to you as a highly energetic asset to the Infinit of Gwinnett dealership! I'm a retired service member that served 22 yrs of active duty service in our beloved US Army Infantry and immediately after deployed to Baghdad to work alongside our Ambassador at the New Embassy Compound in Iraq. In addition, 9 years of high level security contracting throughout the US! Originally from upstate New York (Syracuse area) but here to provide service and be the best that I can be. I'll end this short bio with my hobbies for all who love a particular discipline. Mine happens to be boxing, boxing and oh yes...more boxing!!! Please come by and ask for me! Great selection of vehicles at good prices relative to the market. The team was willing to stay late to do business. They were quite attentive to a number of questions that I asked even before arriving at the market. The team was willing to stay late to do business. My sales rep went above and beyond to assist us in getting the car windows tinted and a two wheel repairs addressed before the car was turned over to me. A few attention to detail opportunities but overall a good experience. More

Mr. Velko was very friendly from our initial meeting until the close of my sales... He was with a customer when I first arrived but made sure to place me with another associate to help... Upon my second visit where I test drove the two potential vehicles, he was extremely knowledgeable about the features of each... When I decided on a vehicle Mr. Velko took his time although it was after hours to make sure everything was taken care of and I was satisfied... I recommend Mr. Velko, Ms. Clara, Mr. Mark, and Mr. Sam if you are looking to purchase a vehicle at INFINITI of Gwinnett. They have a customer for life!!! Thank you all!!! More

However for this survey to DEMAND that I MUST have 25 Mark Preston was awesome! Made the whole experience a pleasure. OK, I had a great experience. However for this survey to DEMAND that I MUST have 25 words before it allows me to submit is preposterous (it literally would not allow me to submit, 3 times). Mark this is not on you, it is on whomever crafted this survey, whether corporate or local. To management, you should reconsider the construct of this survey. Most folks don't like to be bossed around by a bot. Mark was great! I think I have satisfied the 25 word feel good written survey at this point. By the way, we love the vehicle! More
