When I asked about installing the entertainment system in my vehicle, I was referred to Sales by Greg Brannan and had not really found anyone that I could latch on to in Sales. After calling the dealership several times about this request, I was introduced to Mark Preston who handled my service request with kid gloves. This was greatly appreciated since I had been passed around several times with no one knowing how to help me. He ensured that my request was fulfilled from end to end and I truly thank him for that. He was patient with us as we looked at several vehicles and performed several test drives until we found exactly what we were happy with buying. While there is very little flexibility on sales price, we received a fair trade in value. When Mark was occasionally unavailable, Craig (new car sales) stepped in for him to help us while Mark finished up with someone else. The personalities were fun and personable making the process much more enjoyable. Mark’s attention to detail was spot on and very impressive. I would not hesitate to send someone to him or Craig for a purchase. Mark is the absolute best!! More
