Unusual purchase Recently, I started my search for a replacement of my 2011 Nissan Armada and found it...although I found it online and out-of-state. So I contacted INFINITY of Gwinnett, GA and was contacted by Velko. Once he knew and understood my needs, especially the necessity for the vehicle's upgraded Tow Package (related to our current status as full-time RV travelers with the requirement to pull up to 8500 lbs.), Velko became very pro-active to assist me with the purchase. Because of his diligence, we decided to purchase a 2018 Nissan Armada sight-unseen, except for some photos he forwarded. During the process he was unable to help me for a period of time, so he had Mark Preston fill in and the steps we went through progressed nicely. Well, the deal was completed and when we came to pick up the SUV the service was excellent; I was introduced to Velko and Mark and completed the closing with Goran Cisic. I am sure this was an unusual sales experience but kudos to these three. More

Mr. Preston was very professional and upfront about the possibilities that we had when leasing a vehicle and also gave us some very good information about the reasons to not put a down payment on a lease. Furthermore, he allowed us to test drive an Infiniti Q50 and was not too pushy about trying to get a decision then and there.
