Incredible Customer Service from Start to Finish I recently went in to do an oil change on my mothers car. While I was waiting, I took a look at the new models in the showroom and Mark (salesman) cam I recently went in to do an oil change on my mothers car. While I was waiting, I took a look at the new models in the showroom and Mark (salesman) came and introduced himself, we started talking about what the new models offered regarding features. I left that day without making any purchases, but I did appreciate Mark taking the time to speak with me. A few weeks later I went back with my Mother. As I was explaining to her what some of the new features were, Mark came by. He remembered me and our conversation. As we walked to his office, Jana (sales manager) recognized my mother who purchased her car there over 4yrs ago. My mother very impressed that Jana recognized her. The four of us sat down in Jana's office and we started talking about the new QX60. Jana & Mark spent the time to listen to us and understand what we were looking for. When the time came to speak with Sam (finance) he was kind and patience to explain all the details. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with a dealership and they earned a life long customer. More
