Outback serviced 10/25/21. Advisor Mark Rodgers. Milage read in ERROR as 12094. Actual Milage was 8270. Mark called next day and said he would correct the milage. As of today Carfax and my Subaru app servi read in ERROR as 12094. Actual Milage was 8270. Mark called next day and said he would correct the milage. As of today Carfax and my Subaru app service record still reflect incorrect milage. I cannot change the milage to correct number of 8270. Please correct milage as car value is affected. Thank you. Potential transmission issue with my 2020 Ascent, late on a Sat afternoon. Figured service dept had already left for the day. Called anyway and they said if I can get there in 20min (live 10min away) they wo a Sat afternoon. Figured service dept had already left for the day. Called anyway and they said if I can get there in 20min (live 10min away) they would intake my car and provide a loaner. Confirmed the car was safe to drive to dealership. Got there with 5 minutes to spare. They gave me another Ascent (which was needed for my weekend tasks, but not expected). Warranty repair and extra evaluation done at no charge in 2 days. All I was responsible for was filling up the petrol on the loaner. They even washed my car. I just moved back East from SoCal and Subaru Service appears to be consistently excellent, courteous and efficient nationwide. Concordville Suby was not exception. Thank You, you have made me feel consistently good about my family’s loyalty to Subaru. Thumbs Up 👍🏽! Recommend! More
