I had previously had a great sports car with a lot of power and t Yesterday, I leased a scarlet red 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport Turbo. What a great car! I had previously had a great sports car with a lot of power and terrific handling. I thought I wouldn't find a car in my price range that I would love, but the guys at HCS found me the perfect car. Joe (the salesman) was absolutely lovely to work with. No pressure, just a great listener who matched me with my ideal car. He was kind and knowledgeable and there to help me. Jean Curtis, the manager, was a lot of fun to negotiate with. Charming and funny, he never gave me that annoyed feeling that one sometimes gets in this process, feeling like a dealer is pressuring you to sign off now, and at a high price. Of course he made it clear he wanted me to lease the car that day, but he was friendly. He worked hard to get me to the price I was comfortable with and was more than generous with my trade. Mark, in finance, explained all of the paperwork and made the process as quick, clear, and painless as possible. Finally, Craig (another salesman) was terrific to work with on showing me all of the features and fun gadgets in my car. He was knowledgeable and efficient and completely hilarious! I highly recommend the team at Hyundai Cool Springs. Thanks, guys!!! More
