Hyundai Experience We were looking at either a Hyundai or a Mazda. Was not impressed with the experience at Mazda since they wanted us to purchase a more expensive car i We were looking at either a Hyundai or a Mazda. Was not impressed with the experience at Mazda since they wanted us to purchase a more expensive car in order to give us more for our trade. Hyundai was straight forward and the our trade amount was not dependent upon how much we spent. Hyundai has some many standard safety options on their vehicles, whereas other manufacturers require the consumer to buy the highest model for amenities and features. We worked with Matt and and he a very professional salesman and very accommodating. Mark also helped and we also had a pleasant experience with him. More

Although I negotiate contracts for a living I do not wish to negotiate for hours when buying a car and a fair profit margin to the dealership and manufacturer is understandable. Additionally, he listed to our needs/wants and steered us to the right options package. Mark Salvino made the finance experience painless, which I cannot say occurs at other dealerships. He presented the add-on services without any pressure, which was greatly appreciated, and explained the benefits of each package. Overall it was one of the best car purchasing experiences I have ever had. More

Third times the charm... just like the first two! 5.0 star rating 9/1/2016 We purchased a brand new top-of-the line Equus on August 23rd, which was our third new car purchased from Hyundai of Co 5.0 star rating 9/1/2016 We purchased a brand new top-of-the line Equus on August 23rd, which was our third new car purchased from Hyundai of Cool Springs. Why do we keep coming back? Because of the sales staff, service advisers, and everyone else. The way they treat their customers is unlike any other dealer I've ever dealt with, and I'm nearly 60 years old! It all starts with the "I want your business now and in the future" credo of the General Manager Frank, and he's proven it to me over and over again, and that filters down to everyone else there. The two salesman we dealt with, Craig and Grant, were exceptional, and when the Sales Manager Jason stepped in at Frank's request, it got even better! No pressure, just a friendly "we want you to be happy and get what you want" (we were debating which model to get, a Genesis or the Equus). We got another exceptional deal with no negotiation whatsoever. The deal was written up, and the finance guy Mark (super nice!), who we've dealt with before, got us in and out quickly (we paid cash), and the car is the nicest we've ever owned(and driven or ridden in for that matter)! It's great to know that the most expensive car we've ever bought will be serviced by their top-notch service department, who have proven themselves repeatedly with their work on our other two Hyundais over the last three+ years. Appointments are made and kept, and they've always done it right the first time. As a former "Nissan guy", I can now say I'm a "Hyundai guy"... but to be more accurate, a "Hyundai of Cool Springs guy". I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation. More

I've never really enjoyed the downtown Nashville Hyundai service center, so I'm excited to take my car here for service even if it's out of the way for me. More

Not your Average Car Buying Experience I imagine there are many people out there that find the dealership experience of car shopping and buying a car to be painful, stressful, or even aggra I imagine there are many people out there that find the dealership experience of car shopping and buying a car to be painful, stressful, or even aggravating. I include myself in that feeling! So a few things happened that caused me to go to the Hyundai dealership - even though I avoid new cars like the plague. (big commitment for no ROI) I had learned the day earlier that my current car was "unfixable" and that it had served it's duty through 187,000 miles. You have to appreciate a car like that, and I very much did. So I immediately took to Craigslist and started the used car search as well as looking at some reputable dealers in my area online for a replacement. And I felt like my wheels were spinning...no pun intended. What did I want to do? Go through the hassle of searching, and meeting all kinds of random sellers, and running carfax on everything? It tired me just thinking of it. So to cut to the chase - I opted to go to the local Hyundai dealership and see what specials they were offering. What brought me to Hyundai aside from a dead car? Word of mouth. Actual Proof. Nothing more...My sister drives one, my boss drives one, 3 of my co-workers drive one. And they have nothing but good things to say about their vehicles. I was greeted by Cory Carpenter within moments of heading towards the building; just a friendly hello and how can I help you. And I laid it out...I need a car. Period. I explained to him my needs and cost expectations, and instead of being your typical salesperson, he was the "advisor" I had hoped for. He did not try and up-sell me unnecessarily, and he gave me honest feedback regarding a choice between two models based on my needs. (mind you, it was the less expensive model that he recommended). Corey easily walked through the features of the vehicles and discussed the current special that I was considering taking advantage of. Very simple and straightforward. He brought over his Sales Manager, Jason Moore, when questions arose that he didn't have the immediate answer for. (which were more related to financing, not the specs on the vehicle) In the end, I bought a car from these gentlemen. They were professional, smart, and certainly gave me a new outlook on a car buying experience. There were negotiations for a few rounds and the result was more than fair. The whole process was smooth and painless - who knew! When the car was pulled up for me to take home, Corey showed me all the pertinent functions and also the fun bells and whistles that come with buying a new 2017 model. Aside from the great customer service, the car itself just about left me speechless. It was so new! The features were above and beyond my expectations. Technology enhancements galore...I had to even come back again on another day for Corey to show me more... So, I happily recommend the car buying/shopping experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs. This team sends out the right message, and treats their prospective customers well. I could not be more pleased with the experience and hope it will help others out there to take a chance on this brand. More
