But the team at Hyundai of Cool Springs made all of that dread go away. Craig, the salesman we worked with and Frank, the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our trade-ins and with the cars we were purchasing. Not only did they get us into the reliable cars we were looking for, but they worked with us on getting the money where we needed it to be. Last time we bought a car, we walked away confused and feeling as if we had been ripped off (we were.) This time, we left feeling confident and had no buyer’s remorse the next day. Above all else, Craig and Frank conducted the entire day with the utmost integrity and didn’t make us feel guilted into buying anything or uneasy at any point. He was patient and gave us the time we needed to make a decision on the car we wanted. The sales and finance managers made us feel like we were the most important clients in the building.
