I had a couple of "out-of-the-box" requests that they gladly handled as well. The Genesis Coupe remains the best value in the GT coupe class. More

Just a smooth and simple process I've not had to purchase a vehicle in 10 years and I was NOT looking forward to dealing with any stealership...but alas, I needed to get into a new ve I've not had to purchase a vehicle in 10 years and I was NOT looking forward to dealing with any stealership...but alas, I needed to get into a new vehicle that would be maintenance free. I went into battle with a paid off trade-in and a great record score/record and blasted emails to all of the local stealerships internet sales managers. The thought of calling each of them one-by-one seemed daunting and counter-productive. Karl and Josh from Hyundai were the two gentlemen that stayed engaged with me full through email. Never pressuring me to "come in" or "can we talk over the phone", or any atypical sales pitches. They gave me trade value sight-unseen and numbers on paper (email) that met my criteria. I showed up to the stealership yesterday morning still feeling very concerned about how stuff was going to change from the emails the day prior, to what would be on REAL paper upon my arrival. To speed this up, the deal got better. They beat, without ANY HAGGLE whatsoever, their own deal they could have easily stuck with and I would have gladly signed on for. The fact that this DEALERSHIP exceeded my expectations without any back and forth "Let me see what my sales manager can do..." type stuff you get at 99% of the others around the country, I will now gladly and easily be able to recommend Karl, Josh, and Mark to any of my family friends when they are in need of a new vehicle. I'm actually looking forward to turning in this lease in 36 months, just because I know fully what I'll experience then, and leave again happy and in a brand new vehicle VERY fairly priced and fully protected!
