We were told our Tesla came with the Full Self- Driving feature but it didn’t! Before buying a Tesla from a third party dealer, be sure your not being told the car has the Full Self-Driving feature and be feature but it didn’t! Tesla verified that the feature does not transfer to new ownership! As the new owner, you will have to purchase the FSD software either at the full price of $12,000 or subscribe to it with a month fee of $199. We only learned this information after we made our purchase and got beat out of the awesome feature we thought we were getting because we were told it had it. Overall, Our experience here still was above our expectation! Howard Moon was with us through the process from the time we traveled from NJ all the way to Maryland! Very pleased and will definitely recommend his services to our family and friends. Our finance guy Mark Sonn, was also very personable and has many years experience in the financial area! I recommend the dealership with a little caution. First I give them credit for NOT charging over MSRP during the chip / automobile shortage. There were several items he explained to us about our SUV when we picked it up that were not correct when I actually read the owners manual. We were also told it had specific items like rear / cargo heating and cooling (we have a large dog) that it does not have. IT HAS VENTS THAT LOOK LIKE HVAC, but are not in reality. We wanted a factory installed trailer hitch, but a month after we ordered it, we were told we couldn't get one. No reason given. Take it or leave it. We were also told loaners are available for when you need to have your car serviced. Technically yes. They have a select FEW that are on a first come, first get, availability and 99% of the time you won't get one. Tell me the truth. If you don't know..... its ok..... tell me that and find out the answer if you can. I'm an adult, I can take it. Let me make a proper, informed, correct decision. More
