Mark was great, he communicated with me as requested with never any pressure calls to buy the suv. Drove almost 5 hours total to go see and buy the RX350. It was clean and a nice. Mark had been told that the car got a clean bill of health and was ready to go. Whenever I get a new to me used car I go through it with a fine tooth comb, unlike Lexus of Canton did. No one looked this car over, when I got it home I opened the hood and popped off the Lexus cover and found a nest of new friends. So I guess certified techs cant see a 10 inch X 10 inch mouse nest. Fairly disappointing coming from an exclusive Lexus dealership. I would recommend my salesman he was great but dealership has some explaining to do More

Decided to purchase a 2021 IS 350 F Sport from Lexus of Akron-Canton based on posted online dealership reviews, which were highly favorable and complimentary. This dealership was willing to go the extra distance to procure the exact vehicle color and options I was seeking (which required an out-of-state vehicle transfer.)
