I had been on a daily hunt for a very specific Lexus SUV for 2.5 months before I came across the vehicle I purchased from Lexus Akron-Canton. I am so grateful it was Mr. Mark Stacy that facilitated my purchase, as he matched my swift approach with locking in the deal the very first day! Mr. Stacy is a true professional. He was not pushy and was firm regarding the popularity of the vehicle. We requested a live video of the vehicle running to make sure we could hear the engine and he quickly delivered without hesitation. The vehicle purchased was everything I had desired, even financially, however, it was Mr. Mark Stacy's superior customer service that sealed the deal for us! His attention to detail and prompt follow-up was comforting especially since I am an out-of-state customer. Mr. Stacy always made himself available, even a few times on his day off from work!
