First time in for service since my purchase at the end of last summer. Impressed with the entire dealership upgrade. Felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle in the hands of experts. I could not speak more highly of our experience with Mark Stacy in the purchase of our new Rx 350. In a climate where buying a new car is less than ideal, Mark made the process as seamless as possible. I came to Mark torn between two vehicles and with very specific preferences I wanted in a car. If you haven’t purchased a vehicle in a while, let me just say it’s a very discouraging process as there is a limited inventory of cars. Mark listened to my preferences, called me each time he believed I’d be interested in a car that came into the dealership, was never pushy, and most importantly remained patient with me when I turned down car after car until at last we found the vehicle that was the perfect fit. If you’re interested in buying a car from Lexus of Akron-Canton, do yourself a favor and request Mark Stacy to help you find your dream car. Now as far as a review of the dealership itself, we had an overall decent experience but were disappointed that for us the much advertised “December to Remember” sale was a just a commercial… the only benefit we got was the privilege of driving off the lot with a beautiful new car. Also as my husband and I both work in the medical field, we were particularly disheartened that their first responder discount did not apply to doctors or nurses… Despite these things, we still really love our car! More
