Right away, he was laid-back, attentive, and unlike the pushy salespeople we encountered at other dealerships. Mark guided us through the entire process with ease, addressing all my concerns and working within my budget. He was always responsive, whether by text or call. We also met Shaab, who was dressed sharply, and John helped us with financing. John took the time to find us the best rate and even matched it. His knowledge made the process seamless and stress-free. Drew assisted us in learning all the features of the car and helped set up the app. During the car reveal, the entire staff came out to congratulate me, making me feel truly appreciated and valued.
