Worst car purchase experience, I have ever had. I purchased a used Jaguar online, worked with a sales person and agreed on a price. This was the easy part. I live in NC and I paid to have the car delivered. The day the car arrived, the driver didn't have any paper work for car, and the temporary tag was in someone else name. I called the dealer back and make them aware of issues. A week goes by and no contact from anyone at dealership. When the paper work arrives it has the wrong address on all paper work . None of the forms where signed or completed by dealer, I have contacted an attorney. They just want your money. No one from dealer has contacted since I handed the driver a check. 4/23/24-I still have not gotten a signed damage form for car purchased and the temp tag expires this week, I have contacted my DMV here in NC and they don't have any paper work for car. Can you please advise ? More

I can not rave enough about how great of an experience I had in my dealings with Tate and Bobby. Bobby was attentive and courteous from the moment we spoke. He addressed all my questions and worked with me had in my dealings with Tate and Bobby. Bobby was attentive and courteous from the moment we spoke. He addressed all my questions and worked with me to make the deal happen. Tate was professional and respectful with me when addressing the "deal" regarding my trade-in and cost of the new vehicle. Based on my experience, I would definitely buy from Jim Ellis in the future. More

I purchased a 2018 GMC Yukon from this dealership several years ago. I have left several VM's and sent an email to Mark Starks to call me regarding my GAP insurance. Here we are two weeks later almost and years ago. I have left several VM's and sent an email to Mark Starks to call me regarding my GAP insurance. Here we are two weeks later almost and I still can't get a response from him! Very disappointed!! Expected more from this dealership. This will definitely be my last purchase from this dealership.
