Great job all in all department the price on my oil change was was just as they quoted to me service was quick and they kept me informed on the status on when expecting time of completion. The issue was not resolved and from check-in, I knew it would not be. They stated that if they were unable to reproduce the error they would not be able to do anything. Had to take vehical in 4 times for an alignment. second time was not charged 3rd and 4th times was charged. This was over a period of 6 weeks . Took another vehicle in for an alignment asked to adjust sp time was not charged 3rd and 4th times was charged. This was over a period of 6 weeks . Took another vehicle in for an alignment asked to adjust specific things during the alignment. Was called 4 days later and told every thing is done and vehical was ready to be picked up. when I got there I asked was A,B,and C done was told no and that there would be an extra charge for that. I did not care about the extra charge I just wanted vehicle fixed. Why did it take 4 Days to not fix what i asked for!! Maybe it because Mac Haik is not a localy owned business. With people like the Hewlets , Coverts and Maxwell at least you know they are concerned about there community. More
